CPVC管材管件优异的性能特点

1.坚固。由于CPVC较PP-R、PB和PEX更坚固,故需要较少的挂钩和支架。CPVC管可耐较大的压力;在同一压力下,与PP-R、PB和PEX管比较,CPVC管可使用较小的管径达到较大的水流量。

2.安装方便。使用溶剂型胶黏剂即可连接,安装时无需专用工具和电源,这对于较大口径的管材和无电源的场合来说,十分方便。

3.耐腐蚀。CPVC不易透氧,因此系统内的金属件不会因氧化而导致腐蚀。

4.燃点温度。CPVC的燃点温度为482℃,这是CPVC在外界有足够的易燃气体时,可被外界火焰点燃的较低温度。而其它一般的易燃物,如木材可以在260℃或更低的温度下点燃。

5.良好的阻燃性。CPVC的氧指数为60,燃烧能力很低,离火即熄,不会产生火滴;CPVC燃烧时发烟率很低,不会产生有毒气体。

6.不受水中余氯的影响。我国与美国、日本等国家一样,饮用水消毒使用的是氯气法。CPVC管长期使用后不会受水中余氯的影响,不会出现裂痕和崩漏。而据美国方面的报道,聚烯烃管材(我国的聚烯烃管材大多从欧洲引进)在水中余氯的长期侵蚀下,会逐渐出现裂痕和崩漏现象。

7.耐酸碱。CPVC不论对酸或碱都有较强的防腐能力,可用作输送HCL与NaOH液体。

8.细菌不易繁殖。经过测试证实,CPVC管内细菌不易孳生,其细菌增长率为PEX管的1/60、铜管的1/10、钢管的1/4。其水样中军团菌数测试量为PEX管的1/13、PP-R管的1/17。

9.低的热膨胀系数、导热系数和耐老化性能。相对其它塑料管来说,CPVC管的热膨胀系数和导热系数都较小,约为PP-R、PB和PEX等其它塑料管的1/2。CPVC管具有较强的抗紫外线能力,可以在户外使用,而一般的聚烯烃管不能。

10.优越的卫生性能指标。在我国所有塑料冷热水管的卫生标准是一致的,CPVC冷热水管除了符合世界卫生组织及国家卫生部对用于饮用水管材的卫生标准外,还具有其它塑料冷热水管所不具有的卫生性能,被推荐用于医疗系统用管材。
