PP-H管焊接冲切法工艺介绍

管材冲切过程所示。当压力机滑块下行时,切刀刃尖与管壁接触,使管壁产生弹性变形。随着切刀续续下行,压力逐渐增加,压力达到一定值时,刃尖与管壁接触处的 材料发生塑性变形,同时刃尖开始压人材料。
